Please plan ahead! It can take up to 48 hours to start processing your order. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order with enough time for it arrive 2+ days before your event. Our products can be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness. We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Sugar Hi cannot guarantee date/time of delivery! We always ship in a timely manner. However, once it leaves our store, it is out of our control. Fed Ex can experience transit and weather delays which can affect your arrival date. Therefore Sugar Hi cannot be held responsible and we cannot offer refunds for late deliveries.
